This positive emotion improves our mood and makes us more optimistic and positive in facing challenges in life.

What kind of sweets do you guys like to eat? Let me tell you a little secret, my favorite sweet is egg tart. I learned how to make egg tarts because I like to eat them. It's actually a very simple process, but there are some tips and tricks to make a crispy, sweet and savory egg tart.

First of all, the key to making an egg tart is to make the pastry for the tart. A good quality pastry should be golden brown and crispy. A good puff pastry requires a good grade of low gluten flour, the right amount of salt and sugar, and softened butter at room temperature. When mixing, be careful to control the moisture of the dough, it should not be too dry or too wet.
